Please do your research and due diligence before contracting with Leslie Williams of Leslie Williams Photography or Fam(ily) Photography. She has numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau and besides my own, I personally know of two other incidents that she did not follow through on her word. Finding this page, I already assume you have taken it upon yourself to do an internet search for her business. Some links you may find helpful:
A little disclaimer: I am not a mean person or vengeful. I just wish she would make things right, but she continues to not do so.

My story:
Though Leslie Williams of Leslie Williams Photography and/or Fam(ily)
Photography did a fine job with the photography or our newborn son, I
cannot in good conscience recommend her services due to her tremendous
lack of integrity.
While having pictures taken of our son at her residence, their
unweighted and unsecured basketball goal at the end of their driveway
fell over and caused $1288.53 worth of damages to my vehicle. She said
they had homeowners insurance and would provide me the information when
she was able to put her hands on it. Weeks went by before I heard
anything. She finally got back in touch with me and come to find out,
they're not homeowners (her studio is located at their residence) but
are renting the home. You guessed it, no renters insurance either. After
going back and forth with her for far too long trying to come to an
agreement on how for her to make amends and pay to have my vehicle fixed
we have reached a stalemate.
I have offered to file the damages under a comprehensive claim on my own
car insurance in which I have a $250 deductible in an effort to save
her money. She doesn't outright refuse to pay the cost of the deductible
but continues to make promises and excuses of why she cannot. In
looking at her business page, it seems business is pretty good so why
can't she indemnify me? I've provided $200 for pictures already, how
about paying that back plus another $50?
It takes a week to a week and a half for her to respond to emails or
Facebook messages and she only does so if I post a message publicly
rather than privately.
I informed her that I would have to take her to small claims court in
order to be rectified for the damages and in a nutshell, she said, "go
ahead."
She refuses to make things right. I've done my research and there are
several reports on the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List about
troubles that people have had with Leslie Williams Photography and/or
Fam(ily) Photography.
Damage occurred on June 28th, 2013 and today is December 15th, 2013. My vehicle is still
damaged. I'm just waiting on her to do the right thing and fix it. I
realize it wasn't an intentional mistake on her part but none the less,
the basketball goal was her property and caused the damage. The same
rules would apply had a tree on her property fallen over on my vehicle.
I just want things to be made right.
Beware.
